QUESTION: What kind of materials can you edm?
ANSWER: Anything that conducts electricity.
QUESTION: What kind of tolerances can you hold?
ANSWER: Accuracy to .0001”
QUESTION: How good of a finish can you achieve?
ANSWER: Surface Finish down to 4 microinch.
QUESTION: Which industries do you serve?
ANSWER: We serve the aerospace, medical, and automotive industries along with making parts for plastic injection molds, stamping dies, and extrusion dies. We cut quite a variety of parts for many machine shops in the area.
QUESTION: What size wires do you cut with?
ANSWER: From .006” to .012” diameter.
QUESTION: What programming system do you use?
ANSWER: Mastercam. We can import files from Autocad and Solidworks and we have translators for IGES, Parasolids, and STEP files.
